1. Cancellation Policy
No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will NOT automatically renew. You can simply let it expire without taking any action.
To cancel your subscription:
- Simply don't renew when it expires
- Contact support if you want immediate cancellation
- All data can be deleted upon request
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
- Data usage less than 1 GB
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved
- Service not working as advertised
- More than 7 days since purchase
- Data usage exceeds 1 GB
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Account suspension due to abuse
- Trial period (10 days free trial is already provided)

4. Payment Processor Information
Payments are processed through Telegram Payments and YooKassa (or Paddle for international users). Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Processing fees may be deducted from refund amount
- Refund timing depends on your payment provider
- Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days
