Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trying the service and cancellation

Before paying, we recommend checking the service on your device and network using an available free trial. We do not offer a general full-refund satisfaction guarantee. Using a trial is not a prerequisite for requesting a refund. You may cancel future service by contacting support. Subscriptions do not renew or charge automatically without a new payment.

Calculation when cancelling a properly provided service

For an ordinary cancellation of future access, the refund is calculated from the amount actually paid, accounting for the service properly provided up to receipt of the cancellation notice. Subscription time is calculated proportionally at the price of the purchased plan; used days are not repriced at a more expensive rate. Delivering an access key does not by itself mean the entire future subscription has been provided. A lack of connections does not by itself establish a service defect if the agreed access was properly available. If service has not started, the value of the provided portion is zero.

Actual expenses

Additional deductions may include only documented expenses incurred in performing the specific agreement, where permitted by law and not already included in the value of the provided service. We provide the calculation and supporting evidence. There is no fixed cancellation penalty or automatic deduction of a percentage, advertising costs or payment-provider fees. A deduction without substantiated grounds and amount is not included.

Service defects and erroneous payments

For connection problems, support checks the circumstances and offers assistance. Statutory remedies for defective service remain available, including a price reduction or refund where required by law. Requests are not restricted to seven days after purchase or determined solely by key delivery or a 24-hour interval. Confirmed erroneous or duplicate charges are refunded in full. The ordinary calculation for used subscription time does not replace remedies for defective service.

Bonuses and access extensions

Free trial, gift and bonus days that you did not pay for have no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. They do not reduce a refund for paid access. A discretionary extension for an outage may be agreed separately; it does not replace a monetary refund request without your agreement or waive mandatory statutory rights.

Requests and deadlines

Contact @Valdevpn_support on Telegram or support@valdevpn.com. Include your account, payment date and amount, your request and, if available, the receipt or transaction reference. A missing receipt does not by itself prevent review; other payment evidence may be used. For diagnostics, you may include the issue, device and network. Passwords, verification codes and full card details are not required. We review the request and complete any refund that is due within 7 calendar days of receiving the request, unless the law requires a shorter period. Requests for further information or payment-provider confirmation do not extend mandatory deadlines. Refunds use the original payment method unless the law or provider rules require another process.

Acceptable use violations

A confirmed acceptable use violation may result in restricted access or termination where permitted by law. It does not automatically forfeit all prepaid funds: settlement follows applicable rules, accounting for provided service and substantiated permissible expenses. No additional free extension is promised for a period of lawful restriction.

Application of this version

This version dated 8 September 2026 applies to purchases made after publication. Previously paid periods retain the terms and additional guarantees in effect at payment where more favourable to the Client. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Mandatory law prevails in the event of a conflict.
