3. Paddle Compliance

As we use Paddle as our Merchant of Record, we ensure compliance with:

  • Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy for digital products
  • No physical goods or services
  • No 'human services' or consulting
  • Proper categorization as digital software
  • No prohibited categories (gambling, adult content platforms, etc.)

4. Acceptable Uses

You MAY use ValdeVPN for:
  • Privacy protection on public WiFi
  • Secure remote work connections
  • Accessing geo-restricted content (legally)
  • Protection from ISP tracking
  • General secure browsing
  • Bypassing censorship (where legal)

5. Service Limitations

To ensure fair use for all customers:

  • Unlimited bandwidth with fair use policy
  • Maximum 5 simultaneous connections per account
  • No commercial reselling without authorization
  • No automated bots or scrapers
  • No cryptocurrency mining through our servers

6. Violations and Enforcement

If you violate this policy:

  1. First Violation: Warning and temporary suspension
  2. Second Violation: Extended suspension
  3. Serious Violations: Immediate permanent ban without refund
  4. Illegal Activities: Account termination and reporting to authorities
